These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AceReward ("AceReward", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We may require you to accept updated Terms to continue using the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law. The Service may not be available in all countries.
3. Your Account
- You must register with a valid email and keep your information accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- One account per person. Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of coins and termination.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Coins & Virtual Items
- Coins cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged between users or for real-world value outside the Service.
- We may modify, manage, control, adjust, expire, or eliminate coins, earning rates, and conversion rates at any time, with or without notice.
- We may correct or reverse coins credited in error, through fraud, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Earning Coins
You may earn coins by completing offers, surveys, daily quests, streaks, spins, milestones, raffles, and referrals. You acknowledge:
- Coins for offers and surveys are credited only when the third-party partner confirms a valid, completed action. Crediting times vary and are outside our full control.
- We may withhold or reverse coins if an action is incomplete, invalid, duplicated, reversed, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent by us or a partner.
- Some offers require a purchase or subscription with a third party. Any such transaction is solely between you and that third party.
- We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or payout of any specific offer.
6. Redemptions & Payouts
- You may redeem coins for the payout methods shown in the app, such as PayPal, prepaid cards, and gift cards, once you meet the minimum displayed there. Coins have no cash value outside the app, and availability, values, and processing times can change.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. We are not liable for rewards sent to an incorrect address or account you provided.
- Redemptions may be subject to identity or eligibility verification and anti-fraud review before processing. Processing times vary.
- We may refuse, delay, or reverse a redemption we reasonably believe is fraudulent, mistaken, or in violation of these Terms.
- Taxes: you are solely responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive.
- Reward availability, values, and conversion rates may change at any time.
7. Third-Party Offers & Services
The Service features offers, surveys, and content from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, practices, or their crediting decisions. Your interactions with third parties, including any purchases, are governed by their terms and privacy policies and are solely between you and them.
8. Referral Program
We may offer a referral program allowing you to earn coins when people you invite join and use the Service. Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, or any manipulation of the referral program are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of referral rewards and account termination. We may change or end the referral program at any time.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create multiple or fake accounts, or provide false information.
- Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or any means to complete offers or earn coins fraudulently.
- Use VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing to misrepresent your identity or location, or to bypass geographic restrictions.
- Manipulate, cheat, or defraud offers, surveys, quests, spins, raffles, or the referral program.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Resell, transfer, or commercialize coins, accounts, or access to the Service.
10. Fraud, Suspension & Forfeiture
We use manual and automated systems to detect fraud and abuse. If we reasonably determine that you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity, or violated these Terms, we may — with or without notice — freeze your account, withhold or cancel coins and pending redemptions, forfeit your balance, and/or permanently terminate your account. Determinations of fraud are made at our reasonable discretion.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding third-party and user content), is owned by AceReward or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that offers will always be available or credited. You use the Service at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACEREWARD AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, COINS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY REDEEMED IN CASH FROM THE SERVICE IN THE 90 DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AceReward and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Termination & Account Deletion
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any unredeemed coins cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
What happens when you delete your account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account is closed, all sessions are signed out, your credentials are invalidated, and any remaining coin balance is forfeited and set to zero. Coins have no cash value and are not refunded on deletion. If you intend to redeem a balance, you must do so before deleting your account.
30-day fraud-review retention. You agree that, after you delete your account, we will retain the personal information associated with it for 30 days before deleting or irreversibly anonymizing it. This period is necessary because our reward partners can issue chargebacks, reversals, and fraud notices for weeks after an offer is completed, and it allows us to investigate and defend against fraudulent activity, reversed payouts, and abuse. Deleted email addresses are permanently retired. You acknowledge and agree that once an account is deleted, the email address used for that account can never be used to register another AceReward account. We retain a one-way cryptographic hash of that email address indefinitely for the sole purpose of enforcing this rule. This is an anti-fraud measure that prevents users from deleting and re-creating accounts to claim signup bonuses, evade suspensions, or circumvent the one-account-per-person rule in Section 3. Deletion cannot be reversed, and we cannot restore or re-enable a deleted account or release its email address for reuse.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the state in which AceReward is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and, where permitted by law, to first contact us to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal proceeding.
18. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
